Overall, my experience was great. There were 2 tellers at the teller line and both of them were working extremely fast and still taking time to help customers. I went in for a cashiers check and the teller who was helping me was real quick and did a great job. I was definitely very happy with this interaction. The teller in the next window helped an elderly customer order checks and setup her online banking on her app in under 5 mins. Yesterday approximately 9:40pm ATM this bank stolen my money twice in 2 different machines, I tried to pay my credit card I put $1.800,00 and the ATM returned $500 and kept with $1.300,00 after this frozen the screen and restarted I didn’t receive nothing of receipt and my account was not received this amount.
