I was told that this branch does not have a manager or a district manager. I wanted to complain that it was going to take weeks to get a box of nickels. They told me if I needed to complain about it to call the one 800 number. What kind of bank does not have managers and why does it take weeks to get a box of nickels?
Incompetent, inept and rude … worst brand of banks around and very difficult to do any business with! Avoid
