Just came in yesterday, on a Thursday, to officially open up my first ever account with Capital One and was greeted and assisted by 2 very nice and super helpful women working that day. I believe one of them was named Dora and the other is Farah. Great ladies the both of them and they did awesome in checking up on me, if I needed any help/had questions, etc, while also assisting a whole line of other people that day! Stellar customer service. They forced Debit card customers onto the unreliable Discover network. I'm leaving this bank
Dora is great helper. We had problems to open account online and she helped to resolve the problem. The other branch we went last week didn’t catch the part and I had to go through unnecessary route to do it.
I came in last Friday to make a withdraw in-person and WOW! Jenny, David, Farah and Dora were the best team I could have possibly walked into! I immediately complimented their bubbly, friendly personalities and eagerness to help! It is so common to see unkind and unmotivated personnel at branch locations, so this was a breath of fresh air!! I enjoy going to this Capital One to handle any of my financial affairs. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The environment also has a cozy feeling to it. I receive a smooth transaction every time.
