Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced every time I come here. There is no sense of urgency with any of the cashiers. I am forced to come here once a month to deposit money into my sister's checking account. I wish there was another Capital One between here and Plano I live in Carrollton. I see a lot of turnover. I tried to come on my lunch break as late as possible. I got here at 1:20 and the time is 1:47 now. It would be so nice to be able to have lunch and return to work. Absolutely frustrating
Have been with Cap 1 for over 10 years. Since that time they have closed most branches and made themselves difficult to access. Most recently a move to the Discover network has me closing my account. Doesn't seem like it would be an issue until you leave the country and realize that outside the USA no one uses Discover network so you can't access your money. They've gone from a great bank to one that makes them difficult to work with.
All I am trying to do is get a hold of someone at this actual branch location to see if they offer cashier checks as a member. The phone system keeps routing me to the 800 customer service line and I can't get any information. Your phone system needs serious help. If anyone knows if they provide cashier checks in person, that'd be helpful. Nothing listed online as a "service" they provide.
Customer Service is absolutely horrible. No local branch locations available. You’re told one timeframe only to be told something COMPLETELY different by someone else. Even the female staff is mad aggressive.
Jovany was kind and patient teaching me more about the details of account management. Good location for immediate help!
