For me, this is the best bank. The employees are very friendly—they welcome you, treat you well, and are very attentive. They answer all my questions and address any doubts I may have.🥰
I've been a Capital One customer for a few years now and opened a savings and checking account there. I've loved it until they switched to Discover and now I can't use my debit card as a credit. It's been a huge hassle trying to get my account unlocked. I didn't realize I couldn't use my debit as a credit until I went to get gas. I couldn't remember my debit card PIN and they locked my account. Capital one coppell is awesome! They are friendly and helpful and kind. Esp for business accounts. Plano branch not so much. I drive all the way here to get my needs met, so thanks Coppell branch!
Just came in yesterday, on a Thursday, to officially open up my first ever account with Capital One and was greeted and assisted by 2 very nice and super helpful women working that day. I believe one of them was named Dora and the other is Farah. Great ladies the both of them and they did awesome in checking up on me, if I needed any help/had questions, etc, while also assisting a whole line of other people that day! Stellar customer service.
