Have been capital 1 customer over 25 years. The customer service is offshore and horrible to work with. I have closed my accounts with capital 1 at this time due the poor knowledge base and basic customer service skills the employees seem to posses.
Bank teller stated check would be through in 2 business days. Here I am a week later still waiting with no notification about my own money. Zero problems the first year with Capital One, it seems I'll be finding a new debit account to open with someone else, as being lied to about your own money is simply unacceptable👎
Atm broke and retained 700 dollars. Have bills to pay and yet they dont seem to care. How am I supposed to get my cashback when the machine never opened
