Only bank here if you hate money
it just me, or have banks got more sketchy. They won't even do a compliment bill count or show you the bill counter counting money. If I overhand them money, will they return it or just put it in their own wallet? Please be more transparent. Do company policy over take common sense now? Come on, let's do better
I stopped by this branch last week while going home from work. I drove up to the outermost ATM machine from the bank. The ATM that is NOT inside the outer wall of the bank. Not sure what caused this but that ATM ate my card. I went inside the bank to ask the tellers for assistance. The male teller I spoke to, English was clearly his second language, informed me that the Bank staff COULD NOT open the ATM in question because another company operates that ATM. This bank used to be awesome. There are two atm machines in the drive through. One only lets you take out money via 20$ bills. The other ATM lets you take out as little as one dollar bills. The other ATM lets you take out as little as one dollar bills I always get confused as to which ATM lets you do what but I’m not sure why they’re different in the amount of money they can deposit.
