I got a cashier check in August and September. Both times I was helped by Alejandro. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. It was a very pleasant experience both times.
Hello, I am writing to report a serious issue that occurred today, Saturday, September 6, 2025, at approximately 10:37 AM at your Capital One branch located at 15664 Old Columbia Pike, Burtonsville, MD 20866. I visited the branch to withdraw cash. The teller asked me if I wanted an envelope, and I accepted. I went into the Burtonsville Branch this week to make a bank to bank wire transfer, and was assisted by a young man named Alejandro. He was so courteous and he patiently walked me through the process. Need more like him. Satisfied bank customer
