Slowest ppl in the world. The literally will close a window with 7ppl in line. No urgency at all. Like folks got stuff to do.
Came in to open an account and they said I have to do it online? Well I would've chose an online bank if I wanted to do that. What's the point on even having a branch at that point. Used to have a Capital One account and I loved it, but I think they've gone down hill a lot. Not everybody wants to live on the internet.
I sat on the drive though for twenty minutes today. This is not good customer service.
