EKATHERINE I had a very disappointing experience at this Capital One branch. The customer service I received from Ekatherine was unacceptable and far below what I expect from a bank. I visited the branch with my mother, who has a back problem and cannot stand for long periods. Instead of offering assistance or simply providing a chair, we were told to go find one ourselves. ATMs here broken like 90% of the time. They never fix them. Drive thru atm cash deposits do not work. Capital one closing all branches and this one is bad.
Slowest ppl in the world. The literally will close a window with 7ppl in line. No urgency at all. Like folks got stuff to do.
