ATMs here broken like 90% of the time. They never fix them. Drive thru atm cash deposits do not work. Capital one closing all branches and this one is bad.
Slowest ppl in the world. The literally will close a window with 7ppl in line. No urgency at all. Like folks got stuff to do.
Came in to open an account and they said I have to do it online? Well I would've chose an online bank if I wanted to do that. What's the point on even having a branch at that point. Used to have a Capital One account and I loved it, but I think they've gone down hill a lot. Not everybody wants to live on the internet.
I sat on the drive though for twenty minutes today. This is not good customer service.
