I wanted to open a 360 Performance Savings account, but I have a few questions first. According to Capital One's website, this type of account can be opened in-person at a branch, so I intended to stop in, ask my questions, then open an account. Instead, I was told by the employee that they don't open any accounts in-person, but that he could walk me through opening it myself online. How idiotic.
