Terrible service, they keep you waiting for a while , it looks they don't care the Customers
One star is too many. Very unpleasant person answered the phone and was rude, dismissive, and very unhelpful. I wish I had gotten her name, but the experience definitely makes me very sorry I have an account here.
Its not just this branch. Capital One Legitimately Doesn't Give a _____ 2 years ago I noticed my account had been converted to a nearly zero interest rate account. I asked if I could please be switched to the current interest bearing rate. I was told to close my account and open a new one. 40+ years with Chevy Chase now Capital One and that was the solution I was offered. I took their advice and moved my personal account to CFG.
