Noone other than one teller at the bank
I hate your customer service! One of your female employees who is working in customer support section is extremely rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t treat customers properly, works very slowly, and provides the worst service ever.
Very very bad service.It's the worst service I've ever experienced in America.They tore my check, but they didn't take responsibility for it and passed the buck.In particular, a male staff member yelled at me very fiercely.Never open an account in this bank.Now I know why this ones score is so low.
The absolute slowest service ever. They use some ancient computer system. Please avoid at all cost
