The building, super large looks new and unused. Very large clean interior with many places for employees, however there were just 2 people here. After seeing reviews it seems there is only ever these 2 people working. I was told from capital one themselves I could walk into any branch as a customer and get assistance and they could sign a form. Im concerned that these employees weren't trusted enough or allowed to sign a paper stating the person in front of them with their ID, bank card and routing number information in fron... read more
We went and Rosa helped us and she was so nice, calm and competent. We appreciate her so much! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She is a true gem.
