Excelente atención muy cómodo buen ambiente
The most ridiculous banking experience ever! The bank's Southampton branch ATM eats my credit card (european) for no apparent reason. The next day when I go to ask for it back, armed with 3 pieces of ID, I am told it is protocol not to return credit cards that are not Capital One cards. On what basis they have no idea of course but it's protocol. The 2 bank staff persons are completely unhelpful and insist all I have to do is get a new card despite repeatedly explaining to them that to get a new card from Europe is complicat... read more
