This is about CapOne, not the branch.. I was very happy at the Atlantic Beach branch but C1 closed it. Then they closed the Oceanside branch. Now they are closing the only remaining branch within a half hour drive of my home - the Long Beach Branch. So now I plan to close my C1 account. Pity - was great while it lasted.

Emily is horrible! I went in to the bank to cash and deposit my check, and she deposited it instead which caused my funds to be put on hold for three days. I specifically said three times to cash and deposit. These tellers have one job, to provide customer service. If you cannot listen to the customer maybe this isn’t the job for you. Now all my money is tied up and no one at the bank could help me. I was almost in tears cause I’m a single mom and needed the money, Emily hardly even apologized or acknowledged her error.
