great customer service I love this bank. The people that work at this bank are always friendly and provide fast service. I had an overdraft fee on my account and I talked with an asst manager and she waived the fee. I highly reccomend this bank to anyone, they work for you and want to keep the customer happy.
chevy chase bank I have been banking with Chevy Chase since 1967 when it was nothing but a trailer behind Chevy Chase Lake. I think they offer many great services and like the fact they are still a "small banking company". They also are very service oriented.
