Called to check they do foreign currency exchange and they told me I needed to come in by 4. Came in only for them to tell me they don’t put requests in at this location. 30 minute I had to take of work time to drive there and back for no reason. Train your people better!

Really bad experience with the teller Deanna We went to open a new account for my wife. I recommend her to the bank, because I'm customer. Deanna. She was unprofessional and rude when she said that I couldn't be there translating the language we speak. (which my wife couldn't have interpreted that she was me) she asked us to go out and for my wife to do it online. very bad attention lack of training. since she could ask for an interpreter over the phone. It's a shame that they lose customers because of people like that.
This was our second attempt to get help at this location. First time they refused to open an account, so we had to go to another location where the bankers helped us fast, professional and efficient. Last Friday Eric Floyd refused to help us with our needs, saying that now we have to do everything ourselves online. I don’t even know why they are sitting there. He also didn’t give me his manager’s business card or email, so I have to leave a review here.
