I had nothing but consistent stellar service.
Went to open a venture card and get information, I got nothing. When I asked to open an account they (all three women there must have been bored, but not bored enough to help me) told me I had to do it online (They offered no help with that). When I told them my friend opened an account in one of their other offices, they asked me where, and pretty much accused me of being a lair.
