I was treated very well and opened a checking and savings acct., also qualified for 2 credit cards. Which is amazing since I almost went bankrupt in Denver about 10 years ago since Countrywide wasn't on my side.... As a salon owner I could get almost anything delivered to my house with sufficient notice. I do not like their ways of getting balances and statements, though....

I hate the ATM. How much software is wasted showing movies on the screen, movies about someone walking in the park? Then instead of a message saying "please be patient while the system finds your file," the machine prints "Hold on while we find your records," which is way to informal and suggests the fiction that the work is being done by humans...which this bank is clearly too cheap to employ.
Waiting in line way to long-approx 10 minutes; only 2 tellers with 5 ppl in line......slow, very slow
