Worst bank ever went in to open an account waited two hours for the lady to just let me do it on my phone and wouldn’t even let me step out to the my car which is 10 ft away to get money to deposit in the account
I know they probably don't care about reviews, but I wanted to share my experience anyway. The customer service was extremely unprofessional. It made me wonder why some people choose to work in customer service if they clearly don't want to help customers. The employee who assisted us didn't even greet us. We said, "Good morning," and she just stared at us without responding.
