Never had an issue with any other branch. The teller Mayra was super annoying. She made a phone call when I told her I wanted my stuff back to go to another branch but she didn't listen to the customer then they called my husband to verify funds and they did and the stupid rep still didn't. Never happened at other banks will be closing the account with capital one.
My visit to the Valley Stream branch was effective and efficient, thanks to Branch Ambassador, Ariel Bascom. Her customer service went well beyond my expectations! Thank you, Ariel for your undivided attention and your ability to handle my banking needs for my 93yr old Mother. May God bless you for your understanding of our situation.
Hello, I went to withdraw so.e money out of my savings account. The banker Sasha Gayle attitude was not present. I understand I only withdraw $100, but don't prejudge someone based off their transactions. Do better Sasha! Customer service is bad
