This branch should be either shut down or have a clean up of staff. They are absolutely the most unprofessional staff I have ever experienced. The Franklin square location was so amazing. What happened to their staff? I have since closed my acct. and taken my money to chase, that's a bank that knows how to treat their customers.
Im 80 years old i dont know what hit us up on Twitter means. How about some customer service? The management of this branch needs a serious looking at. And by the way, you have a serious security problem which allows identities to be stolen. Why dont you "hit me up" for details?
The rudeness is remarkable! The floor staff has zero customer service skills. Their desire to help is nonexistent.
