I gave 2 stars because at first I thought they were helping but only after I approached someone to ask for help. I would absolutely never bank with capital one if this was the level of service they provide. The issue wasn’t resolved and the manager started working with another person. We left and will never return. I should’ve known by the reviews here.
No one answers the call during the normal business hours. All I needed to know if if there is notary public there or not.
The staff member had a bad attitude toward the customer, raised their voice, and was disrespectful.
