I stood there for 20 minutes waiting to see someone and no one greeted me or said a word. Once the one worker was finally done with a customer, he left and stayed in the back room. I finally decided to go in line to talk to a teller only for them to say that they do not opening credit card accounts in person. Waste of my time.
DO NOT USE CAPITAL ONE. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 2006. TODAY (11/03/2024), I CANCELLED BOTH CARDS (VENTURE AND REGULAR CAPITAL ONE CARDS) BECAUSE THEY CHARGED INTEREST ON PAYMENTS THAT WERE PAID IN FULL AND EARLY/BEFORE THE DUE DATE AFTER CALLING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GETTING A BS EXCUSE FOR WHY THEY WAITED 3 DAYS TO PULL OUT THE FUNDS. THEY DON'T WORK TO DISPUTE FRAUDULENT CHARGES. THEY WILL REMOVE THE CHARGE ONE MONTH THEN ADD IT BACK ON THREE MONTHS LATER WHEN THEY THINK YOU'VE FORGOTTEN. ALSO THEY DON'T HAVE LOU... read more
