Horrible customer service
Went into the bank for two separate transactions requiring two separate employees in which both were polite and efficient.
Manager was rude and tellers after cashing a few checks there and went to cash check today and they treated me like a criminal! Never go back to this branch again!!! Guess you must have a money bag to get respect there!!!!! Sad!!!!
The lady at the drive through window was no help and had an attitude with me for no reason. She wasn’t willing to listen to my concerns and didn’t care to help. She pointed out the amount of money in my bank account and make a snarky face after. I’m not sure if everyone at this branch acts this way but she definitely doesn’t deserve any good reviews from anyone. Will not come back :)
I hade the pleasure of dealing with Olivia she was very friendly and made a bad situation into nothing I would highly recommend her and the whole staff
