There were two women here when I came in today, one older and one much younger. The younger one provided me service, but was quiet ineffective in her position. I did not walk away from there with confidence because she was not familiar with the products or services offered at her bank. In fact, I ended up going to a different branch which was less than 5 miles away because these ladies just did not have a clue! The staff is attentive and nice however this branch has no teller, I understand that the bank is modernizing it's business process but there should be a real replacement for a teller other than the ATM.
This place is a joke. Horrible customer service and no teller
