The worst branch ever. It took me hours on hold just to talk the manager. I am frustrated due to my need to get replacement for my capital one bank card. They said i will receive it in 3-10 business days. And the manager suspended my existing card while I need money to order grocery for my children in the house. I am not driving and use Uber. Now i cant. I feel like I am crippled and even if I explained all this to the manager, he suspended my account and said I should wait for 3-10 business days to receive replacement card!... read more

I was waiting in line outside a restaurant next to a Capital One branch when an employee came out and began shouting at people on the sidewalk, using inappropriate and offensive language. When someone politely asked him to stop, the situation escalated and nearly turned into a physical confrontation. While waiting in line at Farooj Abo Alabed, which is located next to a bank, a bank employee politely asked customers to leave some space for the bank entrance. Unfortunately, one person in line responded very disrespectfully and even challenged him to call the police.
