I can't believe this bank is getting worse every day. How can they not have a quarter???
On day four now waiting for my direct deposit. It’s going to snow tomorrow and I have four kids that need groceries. The lady on the phone at this branch said for sure everything will be fixed by Saturday morning, here we are- still no deposit. I hope Capital One has to close its doors over this. I will be looking for the class action suit against them over this gross negligence.
