Not only is another branch closing, but the ATM malfunctioned and ate my money. This is not the first time their atms have failed me. Now I have to waste time calling and figuring it out, as well as missing my money. 3 times now my closest branch has closed. Time to end the disappointment, I am planning to switch banks.
Another branch closing soon! This is the third branch for me. No more ! I am switching banks! No great loss: customer service is abysmal.

I just left this location but I will never visit it again! They do not have tellers at the drive thru, only an ATM. In addition, when I walked inside, the "greeter" did not extend a hello or good morning. I wanted to make a deposit into a member's account but I was told that I needed a debit card. This place does not provide full service nor are they friendly.
