As far as the bank goes, I can't say much either way.... I do everything at the atm and I've never had any problems.... My family has an account in the bank and I don't like the fact that they call trying to tell you about things regarding interest where we'd have to lock in our money for a period of time to only gain a small fraction more interest.... The calls are what bother me the most.... But as far as the banking I always do at the atm I have no complaints

The bank itself it awsome but the ATM'S are horrible! We lost $405 today and this isn't the first time!!! We are tired of always loosing money and now we have bills coming out and not enough money to pay for them in my account smh!!! #getittogether #Capitalonebank #fixyourATM
