Ok something is going on with these people. I have 3 cards with them and told them to close one today because they told me to send them a copy of my drivers license and SS card to verify my identity. HELL NO!!! I went up to a banking location and showed them i am who i say i am and they made a call and then i STILL get a letter in telling me to call and they ask for this info again for 1 cc. I had to wait for 20 minuets because he was helping other guest but that not what made my experience bad it was the fact that when a other customer came in that was a man he came out of this office and greeted him first but not me until after he spoke with the man first!! That is very bad customer service!!
Their branch manager, Trena Ellerbe, is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. After having an account issue, she made me wait over 3 weeks for a response that took her less than 1 minute. Buyer beware! This branch has gone downhill since she made manager level a few months ago.
