They didn’t shove their snow on the sidewalk as required by local regulations and I have reported them. I have spoken to branch manager several times about the need to maintain safety for the public by shoveling their sidewalks. They prioritize and only shovel their parking lot and it’s unacceptable.
My advise is dont bank with capital one under any circumstance. Been using this bank for over 20 years and while the brach itself is fine and the people that work there are helpful and very nice Capital One made some recent changes. They switched all the debit cards on to the Discover network. Randomly merchants will not accept it as payment even though its a debit card attached to your own checking account. We needed some assistance opening up a joint checking and savings account, and Demetrius was very helpful and patient. He helped us deposit cash and checks too. Happy we chose to come to this bank.
Wow, I’ve never encountered a slower bank than this one! What on earth is going on here? I’ve been waiting for an hour to be seen. This customer service is absolutely terrible!
