If you think this place is bad, try their online banking. You sign in to your checking and savings account. Then you try to open a CD while signed in. Then they can't verify you, how sick is that while signed in? So they ask for you to upload docs, photo of drivers license and a utility bill. You do that and they still can't verify you, so they give you a 1 800 number. I went through this 3x and my wife did 2x. We are going to bank some place else. It's not worth the time and stress, just bail out.
