5 days for cash payments to clear. Capital one is literally 1000s of time slower at clearing checks and payments then any other company i use
Definitely a location that just does what they want. They told me because I have a regular bank account that I can’t buy a box of coins ? Other locations have no problems as long as I have an ID and an active account with them then it’s fine. They lied to me repeatedly just because I get rolls/boxes of coins. I’ve stood on THEIR LINE with other people doing the same thing NO business account. 0 stars. You’re a bank that has money and we literally BUY/EXCHANGE IT. Dummy
