My family has a significant amount of money in this bank. Today, I was denied my own money, and rudely told to wait 48 hours. What good is a bank if you can't access your own money? I will be closing all my accounts, and moving to one of the several banks with a better interest and better customer service. Unprofessional . Racist . Supposedly there is a policy that if your address on your license and account doesn’t match they won’t let you withdraw your OWN MONEY . Taking my business to TD BAnk and will never bank with capital one again . deserves to be closed down .
