Very busy indeed on my visit. Well staffed and very welcoming, although I found the sheer number, and constant movements of customers around me a little disconcerting at times.. Time to reopen in Bowie Capital One!
I originally planned to leave a review for Christopher, who assisted me by phone. He was the epitome of courtesy and professionalism-FIVE STARS for him. My husband visited this branch Saturday to have an important document notarized. The bank was extremely busy and after waiting for thirty minutes, he had the misfortune to be assisted by Jasmine Barnes. I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at this location. I was signed in to receive assistance and waited for more than an hour and a half without being attended. When I finally stood up and asked the manager if I was going to be helped—since I had already waited a long time—she told me that if I wanted to wait, I could wait, because they were opening a business account and did not have enough staff.
