I’ve seen some negative reviews online about this branch but I have to say my experience was extremely positive. Kudos to Joe for patiently going through the account opening process with my wife and I and even working past closing time in order to complete the transaction. If there were more people like him on the team I don’t think there would be any issues. Thanks.

I've never seen a bank treat a customer like this before. I was especially appalled when he threw my card and ID back at me after asking for them. It was my fault for not asking for the name of this man. No matter how close this place is to my house, I will never go back there. My friend constantly warned me about this bank with their negative experiences, but I countered them with my own positive ones. Wow just wow! Amazing customer service from Kristina. She was with us for an hour and a half and got us out of the pickle we were in. She deserves employee of the month!
