We’ve typically had good experience with Capital One however this location is lacking in effectiveness. It was like a social hour, with all three of the employees hanging out and chatting while people are waiting to be helped. We ended up having to call and do it ourselves with the online reps. If you can go to a different location you should.
Great personnel and service!
