The best coffee shop that is located inside of a bank in all of downtown!
We have capital one bank for our personal, saving & business. There is absolutely no way to get help from technical side. All mangers are always on conference calls- really! No one at the bank is above common sense. A customer does call or go to the bank with questions & problems with our a reason. Since the entire banking system is on line, no assistance. Capitol One bank is a great place to do your banking. They just need to increase their staffing.
Aweful customer service, no one was helpful, manager wasn’t there and he did not return email or call. They decided to stop working at noon
