Terrible customer service. Asked for a bank verification and was very rude. Made up nonsense policies. Been going for the past 3 years and done plenty of business but won’t be going back. Makes no sense when a bank doesn’t want to do banking. Lazy and rude employees.
Need more tellers to the window to be honest
Miserably long lines with only 2 tellers open and 15 people waiting. Customer parking lot full with people who are not actually in the bank. Should be a much more efficient and painless experience.
