It was my favorite bank, best customer service. I went in spoke with a banker and worked out a plan to close one of my checking accounts. I came in made a deposit to zero out my account and then closed the account. THE VERY NEXT DAY my account was very negative with pending transactions and NSF FEES. I called and I kept being told was that CAPITAL ONE could not reject the withdrawals, so I was stuck with all the transactions and the NSF FEES.
