They stole money from my regions bank account

I have been with Capital One for years. They have now closed all banks in West Monroe, LA. I would have to drive to Hwy 165 to get cash. I m moving my accounts ASAP. All atms charge $3 of my hard earned money to get my own cash!
If you are on a fixed income...BEWARE. capital one accounts are set up so that if you use your money, they charge you a service charge. Apparently, if you are sick, then they are completely justified in stealing your money. It really takes low lifes to steal from me. They have sunk to a whole new level.
