Awesome place for people to put in some Money and take out
I wish I could give this place NO STAR !!! Worst place ever don’t Come here they don’t help there just rude ,this Indian lady who just knows how To yell at people please fire her she should not be working there bad behavior and not good service Please don’t come here go to a better bank .
I don’t tend to write reviews. But this location and the manager of the employees need to be reviewed. Incredibly unhelpful and hostile individuals. Today’s event started with an employee who was in casual attire and not wearing a name tag, whom refused to assist me & pushed me onto Nancy. Who must have either had a bad morning or went off the toxic words of her colleague whom upon my last interaction and withdrawing a couple thousand dollars didn’t greet me and I asked her why? Capital one is a "bank" that will lie steal and cheat you out of your money. They will close accounts without permission, send funds to locations on files, will lie to cover themselves and when given proof instead of trying to correct the issue they change up their stories even. I would sooner trust a rabid raccoon with my money before I trust capital one again. They have gone against their written word and contracts.
