THEY ARE NOW CLOSED
The worst. Capital One is the bank for the BJ's credit card and they do not help you. Capital One have no power over BJ's when they do not provide rewards that they offer. Their customer service is rude and they just blind transfer you instead of helping. I thought Comenity Bank was bad when they had BJ'S, Capital One is no better.
Bank is now closed. App and website stated that it was open and I drove over an hour out of my way to get there because capone doesn't have any locations in my area. I'm closing my accounts
