New online banking format is horrible. Very difficult and you can't search a transaction by dollar amount or check amount. Very Disappointed.
Total disappointment....they shut down north bossier branch...leave a very unorganized shed branch...and to top it off short handed in drive threw and only two people helping others ...no heater was 38 degrees in building...messy and vault wide open .....will be changing banks!!!!
