I have a capital one credit card and I pay every month on time except one payment because a representative lied to me about the due date. They listened to the calls and determined that it was not my fault and they changed my payment history within capital ones system. I am eligible for a credit line increase because of the credit steps program and I never received it. They have been sitting on my case in escalation for almost a month with no updates and no time frames. Every supervisor I call tells me a different lie. Bottom... read more
