Dangerous parking lot too small for the volume of business, real time burglars asking for my SS number just to deposit $10
They wouldn’t let me make a CASH DEPOSIT INTO MY OWN F’ING account because I didn’t have my license!! I’ve never had that happen before ! Every ATM was closed and a man was repairing one of them so we waited behind him and when he left we pulled up and the atm was still broken !!! I have never been treated so badly ! Ever since you closed the Blanchard branch this company has turned to crap ! I’m changing banks !
YOUR ALARM HAS BEEN GOING ON AND OFF FOR TWO DAYS. WE WERE WOKE UP SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE NIGHT. THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD AND CAN'T SLEEP. AS MUCH MONEY AS CAPITAL ONE SPENT ON REMODELING THEY NEED TO GET THIS FIXED. THIS IS DISRESPECTFUL TO YOUR NEIGHBORS!!!

They took away 2 extra lanes for atm machines so now there's 3 drive up atms and 3 customer lanes so now cars are backed up to the streets since this location does not have a large parking lot. Who ever came up with this idea for this drive thru did not think it all the way through.
