Good bank
Don’t ever use capital one. They don’t care about their customers. My card was recently compromised. It took 3 phone calls and 2 people hanging up on me to get my situation settled. When I mean by settling we closed all of my accounts and my wife’s accounts too. I was told it was no big deal that my card was used because the money was returned immediately by the company MY card was being used at NOT by me. This person began to agrue with me. During my trip here this morning it was very pleasant. The representative Gabriel was very knowledgeable and very respectful during this visit. He knew what the problem was and asked all the right questions. I was out of there in less than 4 minutes. I hope to get help from him in the future or someone just like him. Thanks Gabriel
