I love doing my banking at the Broadway (94th) branch. Everyone who works there is so nice and they remember you. Congratulations to you guys! It really feels like community walking in there.
Friendly staff...they even serve juice, coffee and pastries on certain days and always give away little things like pens and card holders and such..love this bank
Unusually friendly and attentive. Feels like an old-fashioned banking experience.
