No fees fo international withdrawal with certain debit cards. Usually good rates. BUT they are closing branches leaving us with no ATM' that I consider safe and no Capital One bank near us.

Very friendly staff!! I needed to close my account because I wasnt getting any use out of it. Wait time was very short and process did not take long at all. Great customer service!
I took my daughter here to open an account and it was a terrible experience. We were kept waiting 20 minutes, and along with other frustrated customers, just ended up walking out.
