Terrible customer service very slow process . High banking fees
They will not cash a payroll check even if you're a member and have checking account, savings account, credit cards, auto loans, anything & everything with them. Nope they refuse. Instead they will put the check into your account but you have to wait 4 days. If you deposit it on the app it takes 1 day. Why is it so much longer when you take the check in person?
