For management: Tell your bank tellers to be respectful, mature and most importantly welcoming. Your employees are incredibly immature and act like mean high school girls. You should feel incredibly disappointed with your staff. Everyone at this establishment are incredibly unwelcoming besides the nice older asian lady who helped me on my previous visit. I called the branch and got a recorded message that they were open. I drove to the branch only to find out they were closed at 3pm on a Tuesday. Would not recommend this location.
Is there any 0 star? I went in to close my account. Found out that they overdrawn it for some reason and got charged an extra fee. Even though I asked them if all accounts were closed? They said yes. So I have called HQ to get the fee reversed. And have to go inside the branch again to make deposits different. They didn't acknowledge that they made a mistake. And got a nerve to tell me that I overdrawn it. Really!!????
Overwhelmed, waiting too long, their online banking is the worst, I am closing all my accounts with them
