They will not cash a payroll check even if you're a member and have checking account, savings account, credit cards, auto loans, anything & everything with them. Nope they refuse. Instead they will put the check into your account but you have to wait 4 days. If you deposit it on the app it takes 1 day. Why is it so much longer when you take the check in person? Three times in about a month they told me that their entire system is down and they can't do any transactions. If Capital One can't meet the most basic functions of a bank, why should anyone do business with them.
I went into this branch to make a cash deposit. There were a few people in front of me, but the line moved fairly quickly. The teller was courteous and provided me with a receipt. I specifically went into to see if the bad ratings were true, and they were not for me, personally. The only annoyance was getting into the branch and parking lot is a bit of a nuisance during busy hours as there is only one entry to the lot and the other is to the drive-thru.
This is the branch where people hack, scam, steal on people ‘s debit card to withdraw on ATM without their knowledge. You should check your video cameras so you can see doubtful transactions and perpetrators. I will give it a zero as well if there is such!
