This is the branch where people hack, scam, steal on people ‘s debit card to withdraw on ATM without their knowledge. You should check your video cameras so you can see doubtful transactions and perpetrators. I will give it a zero as well if there is such!
For management: Tell your bank tellers to be respectful, mature and most importantly welcoming. Your employees are incredibly immature and act like mean high school girls. You should feel incredibly disappointed with your staff. Everyone at this establishment are incredibly unwelcoming besides the nice older asian lady who helped me on my previous visit. I called the branch and got a recorded message that they were open. I drove to the branch only to find out they were closed at 3pm on a Tuesday. Would not recommend this location.
