I have never dealt with a bank this disappointing. The staff was extremely unhelpful and seemed to have no idea how to answer even basic questions. Every time I asked for help, I received vague or dismissive responses, and they made no real effort to understand or resolve the issue. What made it even more frustrating was the attitude. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us and simply brushed off our concerns instead of taking the time to find a solution.
