Terrible customer service. Employees are more interested in playing around.
worst bank ever. will hold payroll checks for 12 days. they have 0 customer service skills and are extremely un organized. may be good for a credit card but DO NOT use them as a bank unless you want to be screwed over multiple time.
Customer service sucks! Good here at 245pm. All we need is to add a name to an account. 30 minutes later-still cooling our heels. It’s no wonder brick and mortar is collapsing around us. Thank god for small banks. #congressionalbank I have new found respect for you.
