If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service and total confusion on many issues.
Very disappointed that this branch is closing, as it’s the closest one near me and easy to get to on my way home from work. I’m not surprised though, it always seems like it’s empty.

I really hope that Capital One can hire friendlier faces to work at their branches, especially the on located in the Brambleton Town Center, otherwise, they will lose a lot of customers.
