Went to extend my credit limit, the teller stated you have to call capital one to do something like that. Something this simple should be easily done in person. Tellers at this branch just don’t want to work
I'm very disappointed that the branch in Lansdowne is no longer a full service bank. I have to travel to Leesburg downtown to conduct some of the banking business. The bank staff is usually extremely friendly and easy to communicate and work with. That's why I do all my banking in Capital One.
