This Bank location is horrible, There's no one ever working there there's always long lines. If you receive a letter from capital one stating you must go inside the bank talk to somebody you'll wait over an hour everytime. Capital One banking itself sucks as well. Twice by the same person I've just been told to "go online" when I needed help with my account. Everyone else is nice. But I don't see how in your job description as a teller is to tell someone to just go online when I'm in the store.

My friend recently had a weird ATM cash eating encounter (not at a cap one) so now I only deposit through the teller. I’ve actually had a great experience every single time I’ve gone so far. They’re quick and efficient and nice people!
Poor Customer Service, I ask to talk with a Manager to solve a request and the cashier a woman with attitude tell me that she will need to first take another client. Sorry… I was in the line before. Really they don’t have a Manager that provide customer service? Omg they don’t have that service in other locations. Leesburg location its really bad. They need to develop active training for their employees.
