The service is very slow employees very slow and ATM is the worst of all banks very slow and makes mistakes with your deposits and your withdrawals
Went to open an account yesterday. It took me 10 minute to open a new account. It was easy and the staff member was very helpful. walk me through the whole process in her ipad. Over all good experience. Will go back for more!!!
I want to take a moment to recognize Rita at the Capital One branch on Market Street in Leesburg. We needed to move money from a custodial account and open a new savings and checking account. We also had questions about credit cards and establishing credit for an 18-year-old student. Rita was so helpful and patient.
