This place is very customer friendly and gives quick service.
Terrible. I live in Florida and can't see all my accounts online. They won't tell me on the phone. They can't pull up previous paperwork I sent them. I literally had to come to Virginia to find out what was in the accounts.
I went to the drive through teller, pressed the call button and was graciously welcomed. I said I had two checks and cash to deposit. I sent my deposit through the tube and waited what felt like 5 minutes. I got my receipt and only two checks had been deposited. I called again and the manager answered and asked me what happened and I told him, he apologized and a few minutes later they sent me a receipt of the cash deposit.
