This place is a absolute joke I have been trying to close my dads account for 3 months going back and fourth providing all documents and doing everything asked I find out they haven’t even submitted a case to close my dads account incredible I have never had any problems with any other bank like this. They told me they don’t know how to close accounts I’m sorry what?!!!!
This bank's hours are 9am to 5pm today, a Tuesday. I arrived around 11:50am to open a business bank account and make a large deposit since I cannot do so online, and the doors were locked. Employee cars were in the little lot to the side of the building, so they were there. I came here on my lunch break, and they wasted my time. Never again! I wish Capital One hadn't closed the Bluebonnet branch!
So far they've been great!
Capital one is a great bank and all but keep your banks open. I went to the bank and it was closed but the sign said open at 10 but it was closed . I almost lost my car because of this .
When I went, Mrs. Wanita, ignored my grandma, multiple times. And never gave her what she needed now we have to go across town to another capital bank.
