Very good customer service. The ladies are very pleasant and courteous.
If I could give this bank a zero star I would. went there thinking I Could cash a check and was rudely told they do not do that here. They should just get rid of the whole bank itself and leave the ATM because that’s the only thing that works. Not only that, I sat there for at least five minutes after I press the button to speak to a teller and they just sat there talking. I will be closing my accounts with this bank.
This bank needs to sell to another company and shut its doors FOREVER!!! They are always closing branches and taking away convenient services like depositing cash at remote ATMs. I will be closing my account and moving banks as soon as I can.
Great customer service. I used the drive thru to deposit a large amount of cash, I made a mistake in the deposit slip and wrote down less than the actual amount but Ericka saw the mistake and added the correct amount. Otherwise, I would have been short for $500. Thanks Ericka!, I really appreciate your honesty.
