The manager lied to me when specifically asked questions about mobile deposit limits and holds on checks. Once called out about it, he transferred me to a department in customer service that had no idea why I was transferred to them. They then had to transfer me to another department. They were able to help but due to his lies, there is a 5 busn day hold on my money and a small limit on my mobile deposit app...which we clearly discussed was the reason I left a previous bank.
The bank teller was just plain stupid kept asking same questions over and over took about 20 minutes to figure out how to do a deposit.
Awesome customer service from Kelly at the branch. She is helping me make a smooth transition from Bank of America to Capital One. ������
