I checked hours and on line it said will br open on Saturday at 9 an. I took a Lyft and went there to find them closed. I am glad that that terrible bank is out for good.
This is by far the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. From being racially profiled due to the large withdrawal, I was taking out of my account, which was just a direct deposit from my company due to my role and and payout the amount of questions that I had to answer simply to withdraw my own money. It’s ridiculous as a person who also is in banking. I understand company policy, but let’s start with the fact that for 30 minutes, I had to wait to get my withdrawal completed, then let’s go to the fact that the branch manag... read more
